Paul R. Kach, 33°, Essay National Winners
Region I DeMolay congratulates Bro. Justin Cargill of Benjamin Franklin Chapter in Grafton, MA as the Region I and National Winner for the 11th grade and above category and Bro. Michael Ward of John Eliot Chapter in Natick, MA as the Region I and National Winner for the 10th grade and below category. These young men used the power of language to write essays on the theme of “Elevating Brotherhood: What is the difference between a friend and brother?” The content produced by these young men was thoughtful, intelligent, and passionate. The Paul R. Kach Essay Competition awards $300 to each Region winner (2 winners from each of the 8 Regions) and $1,200 for the national winners (2 national winners). For these two national winners, their combined winnings are $1,500 each! The Paul R. Kach, 33o, DeMolay Essay Competition is sponsored by the Supreme Council 33°, Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite of Freemasonry for the Southern Jurisdiction of the United States of America. |
