NEW DURHAM, NH -- Another year of Region 1 Leadership Training Conference has come and gone. This past August, 36 DeMolays from Canada, Connecticut, Maine and Massachusetts came together for a week of education and training that they will remember for years to come.

The group of young men who came to camp this summer were the two things the DeMolay organization thrives upon: young and enthusiastic members. Their youth and enthusiasm will bring a fresh perspective to the organization for several years to come. As the DeMolay year officially gets underway this September, several Chapters all over Region 1 have members amongst their ranks who have received the high quality training that is required to effectively lead their Chapters.

Each young man was sent home with a USB flash drive containing all the LTC resources they had at their disposal last month. Each Chapter should feel obligated to ask these members to share their knowledge to help grow their Chapters. There is no doubt that these young men will also encourage their brethren and friends to attend LTC next year, as it is one of the best DeMolay experiences the organization has to offer.
